Vreden Ammeloe wind farm is a wind farm in Germany with a capacity of 15 MW, commissioned in 2018. It is operating and is owned by Bürgerwind Ammeloe GmbH & Co. KG.
In 2024 it settled 41.2 GWh of electricity, a load factor of 31.3%. Part of that volume was sold outside EEG support, so it is partly merchant.
Its EEG support runs to the end of 2037, with later phases to 2042, after which that output is sold at market prices.
This asset produced at 31.3% of nameplate in 2024 — the 91st percentile of German wind commissioned 2015-2019 (215 assets with metered output).
